3 LG. jeweled buttons from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
although these are similar to Gay 90 buttons from the late Victorian period in the button world they are considered large jewel buttons as they date more to the early 20th century. The lot includes a beautiful frosted molded opalescent glass center, a lovely faux tortoise glass center with a brass inner rim and slightly contrasting colored faux tortoise glass border.
Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4". Large=1 1/4" and above, extra large=1 3/4" and above
