Description
Three small Strass crystal set in silver buttons from the 1700's.
As in the last lot the two bottom examples are one large Strass (named for Frederick Strasser who invented this very fine quality paste jewel in the 18th century) paste jewel set in silver. The top example is a small Breeches button with gold foil and flashing to the back of this square faceted cut crystal and set in silver also.
Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4". Large=1 1/4" and above, extra large=1 3/4" and above
