5"W x 2"D wood art frame has Louis XIV style corner and center cartouches in a floral design, geometric filigree, and matching gold color fillet. Frame has a brass plaque installed at the bottom center, inscribed ITZCHAK TARKAY B. 1935. A hanging wire is installed in portrait orientation. Overall good condition - frame has a crack bottom right. Fits 24"H x 20"W art.
