Spring Antique Button Auction
Description
A Medium size 19th C. pictorial black glass Coralene glass button.
I have only seen about 4 of these over the years and one came up many years ago at the Page auction in New York and sold for a record price. This is perhaps the rarest Coralene glass button that exists. It is medium size and shows a colorful rose and leaves. Notice the closeup image showing the individual glass balls that are cemented to the base glass and laid out to create the final design. It is found here in fine condition. You may never see another one available for sale, so don't pass this one by.

Issued: DIVISION 1=PRE 1918 AND DIVISION 3 IS AFTER 1918
Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4". Large=1 1/4" and above, extra large=1 3/4" and above
Condition
Unless otherwise noted we find no significant condition concerns except for normal age related wear for the age of these items.
