This custom frame print on board depicts the Saturday Evening Post's cover for September 2, 1939. "The Champ" represents a tomboy with her bare knees on the ground, playing marbles with two boys who are concerned for the game that they are about to lose. Norman Rockwell used colors of white, red and blue, reminiscent of the American flag in a Realist style. Housed in a natural color solid wood frame with a cream matting. Published by K.I.S.S.
