Lovely little round frame with silver tone edge that has red enamel inlay. The face of the frame is surrounded with red, white and blue Swarovski crystals with a crystal ribbon style bow at the top. In the center of the bow is a red cabochon crystal. The frame sits on two small silver tone balls. The back of the frame is forest green enamel with a ribbon like silver tone easel stand encrusted with crystals. Jay Strongwater embossed tab on back.
