A possible unique Glazed stoneware spill vase celebrating the first transatlantic phone call between London England and New York America. Modeled as two seated boys; one speaking and one listening on either side. Inscribed New York America on one side and London England on the other. Further gilded and blue toned decorations and painted interior. Incised George Tinworth initials. Marked A D 61AF. Doulton Lambeth impressed backstamp.
