Beautifully modeled figure of a Hen bird with creamy white breast and pale-green tinted gray feathers, with folded wings, holding an insect in her beak and perched on a gnarled stump with a spray of flame vine in full blossom; and a chick with partly open wings and beak, beneath flame vine blossoms on circular porcelain bases.
